Zejtun Residential Home for the Elderly opened on 10th March 1994, and was officially inaugurated on the 13th March 1994.The grounds cover 5200 square meters in area with the building covering 2300 square meters, while total floor area is about 4500 square meters. Adjacent to the Home there is a Day Centre where the residents can integrate with other elderly from the community. The Zejtun Home was the first Government Home to be completely sub contracted to CareMalta Limited.

Cospicua Home is a one hundred and thirty bed residential complex for the elderly. It is the first one of its sort for Malta, because the furnishings, commodities and interiors resemble those of hotels rather than those of homes for the elderly. This residential home was built by the Maltese Central Government and subcontracted to CareMalta for the management and running of the operations.
